Kuck TD121A Solvent-based Anti-static Epoxy Ground Coating

Product description

It is the system of epoxy resin, compound conductive pigment, and functional agent. It is specially used in the area with anti-static requirement. The film not only shows the anti-static ability and diffusion function, but also keeps the performance of wear-resistance, anti-compression, anti-tarnish, self-cleaning, stability and endurance.

Scope of application:

1.applicable to the anti-static floor coating of the industrial workshop and warehouse in the area of the electrics, instrument, communication, precise instrument, computer, printing, dangerous chemicals, powder making.

2. Applicable to the floor and wall with the anti-static requirement in the use of dangerous goods storage, controlling room, mechanical room, air and oil storage station.

Coating construction:

Coating condition:

1. Good dry on the base course, the water content should be not less than 8%, the surface of the base course is strong and clean.
2. The temperature of the environment should not be between 10°C and 35°C , the humidity must be lower than 80%, the weather condition should be good.

Construction process:

Base course treatment----primer sealing----epoxy mortar ---copper foil spreading----constructive middle coating---anti-static finish

Coating method: rolling, brush; spray under high compression and airless environment.

Usage method:

A, B composite should be mixed evenly according the ratio, place it still to make it cure, after 10 minutes, use them up in 3 hours.
