About Length
For temporarily strung pearls, each strand is 38cm (approx. 15 inch) long unless especially poiting out.

Shipping
For temporarily strung stone beads, each strand is 40cm (approx. 16 inch) long unless especially poiting out.Usually the orders are shipped via Post Service, Fedex or DHL. Post Service is much cheaper but slower, usually 15-30 days before you receive the order. Fedex and DHL would give us a big discount and the freight rate is affordable to each buyer.

We can also ship your order by air or sea if it’s very large.

The freight should be paid by buyer. All price do not include shipping.

Usually the order would be delivered within 2 work days after we receive the payment. If it’s custom order or we do not have enough goods left, we would tell you an estimated delivery date, usually it’s 2-3 weeks.

We prefer to bank transfer or western union. We also accept Paypal payment.

Return Policy

You can return the order within 10 days after you receive it for refund, or replacement or credit. But you should tell us first before sending it back.

All the returned order must be unused and in their original condition.

Golden Lake Pearls are not responsible for all the freight and custom duties of the returned goods. All the bank charge or fee by other payment method are not refundable.

The custom order and closeout items are not returnable

This website is for wholesale only.

Due to the nature of wholesale, an item may run out of stock at any time. We can not guarantee the availability of each item, even it’s described as in stock.. But we would do our best to update the availability of all items as efficient as possible. We would offer you a solution when what you order is out of stock, for example, recommending some similar items or suggesting you waiting for some days etc.

As organic in nature, the color of pearls may vary slightly between different strands. We need to especially point out the dyed pearls. The concentration of dyestuff, time, temperature and the texture of each pearls play important role in color. As a result the color of this time may be slightly different with that of last time. Even pearls in the same dying vat are different with each other in color. So some color difference should be allowed. But almost each time out color is same with that of previous time.

Since some rough stone we cut may be not uniform in color, the stone beads you receive may be different or slightly different with that in the photos. This should be allowed because they are still the same stone.
