We dedicate to bringing up-to-date stylish sexy lingeries, All products are brand new. All shipments are carefully handled. 

MOQ Request:  

-     NO MOQ request on sample order for checking quality

(Attention:20usd surcharge on order value less than 100usd including postage,which will be refunded in the second order.)

-     Min. Order value 100USD excluding postage for normal order

Order lead time: 

-     Lingeries order will be shipped within 3 work days after payment.

-     Custom-made item sample, lead time 10 days      

-     OEM order, lead time 3 weeks

Payment terms:

-     Paypal is highly recommended.

-     Western Union and wire transfer also acceptable.

Buyer is responsible for any tax /duty charged at ultimate destination and/or extra documents fee

Packing:

-     Plastic bag for each piece

-     Cardboard box for whole packing

-     Items attached “4s” tags

-     A free CD contains all products’ images without watermark will be enclosed in first order pacakge

Shipping terms:

-     EMS(Express Mail Service) ,shipping time 7-10days

-     UPS/DHL/FEDEX are optional, shipping time 3-5days  

Guideline for faulty items:

       Buyer must contact us within 7 days after package been received.Take a photo for our checking,no need the item to be returned.

Possible solutions: 

   -    We enclose another piece in your next order parcel for free

   -    We refund you the money

   -    You choose a substitute at same cost in your next order at free charge
