1. How-to

Put the stones into hot water for a few minutes.

After they are warm and hot (around 40-50°c), put the big ones on the back or along spinal cord.

Put the small ones on the face, such as between two eyes, cheeks, etc.

The stones can also be used with essence oil. Do the scratching (Guasha) on the back or neck.
