Package usually use carton or tube. 10-12 sets put into one carton, but individual carton workable for retail business. The four corners of each panel protected with hard paper liners, then sealed with poly bag to avoid dust and moisture during transportation, then carton. Some require wooden bar rack to protect the carton, especially it is a LCL shipment.

Delivery within 30 days after deposit for 1x20 FEET FCL shipment by sea, usually we prefer the balance before delivery.

Basically the Quality can be checked by digital photos which took from the real works through emails. So usually shipment arranged after your approval while it is an initial order.
