epoxy nd polyester s hardnenears, used in indoor applications.

jc200 series have various color, glossy ∓ surface conditions to meet customer

requirementas.

sports equipmentas, toys, hardwares, machinaery, shelves, lighting equipmenta,

wire work, heating radiators, wheel rims(s primer), hand tools, etc.

pretreatmenta: zinc phosphating

recommended film thickness: 50-70um

curing condition: 200°c 10min. / 180°c 15min.

note of pretreatmenta: all the steel substrate should be degreased, the ferrous

metals should be zinc or iron phosphating, aluminum recommended

chromating, to improve corrosion resistance.

coating method:

jc200 series powder cn be coated by manual or uto electrostatic spray guns.

(or triboastatic process s for opation). it cn be cycle used with propera recycle

systeam.
