1.How to order First please choose your interested styles and send the product # to us by your alibaba trademanager or calling us then we send the price list and other details to your email. Please feel free to ask me about your interested question, more detailed more better.

2.About quantity Usually we need your minimum order quantity is 100 unit each design,4 designs start.But if we have stock of your selecting style,i think we can talk about the quantity.

3.About price range It’s just a range,depends some things as the quantity,exchange rate,material price of the time etc.. About the latest price,send a inquiry to us please.we’ll try our best to reply this asap.

4.About quality Most of our products were exported to EU and Americas market,we accept your QC team to check in any working time.And we must take producing photoes to email you after we start to produce the goods.

5.About delivery time Actually this depends the order quantity and our producing schedule.Normal,1000 unit within one week.

6.About package 1 unit in a plastic bag,12 units in a bigger bag,protected by bubble wrap.Usually 50 DZ in a export carton,but sometime it depends the quantity and demand from customer.

7.About payment Via bank transfer and Western union accepted,usually 40% deposit advance,60% balance before shipping.But if we are mutual trust and done business in several time,i think we can talk about it.

8.About shipping Goods will be shipped as soon as possible by Direct Freight Express.Usually we ship the goods via DHL,UPS,FEDEX, etc..this is door to door service and shipping speed is within one week,but if you want other way of shipping,ask the price from me please. If something happened in shpping to cause something broken,please inform us and take photo after you get the goods by the first time. So then we can discuss and look for a solution with each other.

9.About shipping fee If by Direct Freight Express,the shipping and handing charge will depend on the weight of the order and the location to which it is being shipped. Minimum charge is $20 to $30. If by steamboat,let’s discuss it online

10.About sample order We accept sample order.If we haven’t stock on your choosing design,we need extra sample fee and the lead time of sample is within one week.

11.About OEM&ODM 1).We can do the product according your design if you have yourself logo. 2).We can design some styles according your idea,the design is Free if you place the order follow. 3).We can change some charms and color if you don’t like,as crystal color or plating color etc..
