RECOMMENDATION:

1, Do not place a hot pan in cold water—first allow it to cool

2, Do not use very high cooking temperatures---this is not necessary

3, We recmmend that you use only non-abrasive utensils

4, After washing,always dry the casserole thoroughly before storing

5, Use an oven glove to remove pans from the oven

CARE&USE:

After each use,wash with warm soapy water.Dishwashers are not recommended.N.B.Always use an oven glove when moving hot pans.

SEASONING:

Cas iron pans should be seasoned before use.Coat with a thin layer of sunflower oil.Place upside down in the oven with a sheet of aluminium paper underneath and bake at 200^oC for an hour.Allow it to cool and wipe with a paper towel.
