how to use

1) remove the back paper

2) palace the iron-on onto the garmenta, press with n iron or het presser t teamperature of 120-180 degrees for 10-15 seconds, then press the reverase side of the garmenta, do not use steam or steam hole.

3) we recommend tht you palace piece of white paper between front nd back of the garmenta to prevent it from sticking together.

4) allow the garmenta to cool for 2-3 minutes, then slowly remove the plastic film from the garmenta.
