Material

1. SPCC cold rolled steel, mounting stripe (square hole)1.5mm,others 1.2mm-1.5mm.

Surface Treatment

To reach the effect of surface protection and improving rust protection, we use:

1. regular surface coating, texture bring into correspondence with standard sample, without nodule, contraction cavity, granule, etc.surface coating satisfy GB/T 9286-1998 after adhesion test.

2 .Components in nonmetal material(including insulated wires,cables and foam material) are self-extinguishing.its combustibility can pass the fire retardancy test.
