How to Function

Charging the Headset 

NOTEThe earphone has an internally installed rechargeable battery. Please ensure that the battery is fully recharged when you first time use it.

1. Connect the charger cable to the headset.

2. Connect the charger to a wall outlet. The blue indicator light is flashing during charging.

Note: A normal charge from a low battery will take about 4 hours.

Powering On and Off  

To Power On: Press and Hold the MFB for approximately 5 second until the

LED will flash blue per 3 seconds.

To Power Off: Press the button 3 for around 3 seconds, and the LED will turn dark.

Pairing to another Bluetooth helmet earphone

(1). Put the 2 units on the same place, the distance of them should less than 1meter. And make sure there is no any other Bluetooth equipment which is open in 10meters.

(2). Make sure two units are power off.

(3). Press and hold the MFB buttons more than 6 seconds at the same time on two units till hear two beep sound then loose it, the LED flash red and blue discontinuously now .

(4). Short press the MFB button on one unit when the two unit LED flash red and blue discontinuously.

(5). The unit you pressed will research and connect to another unit.

(6). The LED flash blue on two units, it means pairing succeed, two units have record automatically at the same time, no need to pair up again to talk later, just press MFB button on one unit after power on.

Note:

The Bluetooth earphone just can pair up with the Bluetooth earphone produced by BOAO Co. Ltd.

Pairing to your Bluetooth Mobile Phone 

1. When the device is off (no light is on) press and hold down the button for around 7 seconds. On the second, release the button and the LED will remain a constant blue. The device is now ready to be paired with a mobile phone.

    2. While the device is waiting, go into the menu of the phone you want to pair, enable the phone's Bluetooth function and begin a search for devices.

    3. When the phone display shows the Bluetooth device detected, select MOTO H8 and confirm.

    4. When the phone asks for a password, insert 0000(4 zeros) and press OK.

5. After having entered the password, if the pairing has been successful, the LED of the device will turn to flash on time per 3 seconds. The earphone is now ready for use.

Using the intercom function in the Bluetooth helmet earphone

Start up Bluetooth for intercom

After the two Bluetooth intercom helmet earphones have been successful matched, short press the MFB buttons on two Bluetooth intercom helmet earphones, the intercom call can be made.

Finish the Bluetooth intercom call

If either party of the Bluetooth intercom helmet earphone want end of call, just short press the MFB button.

Using the phone function in Bluetooth helmet

Answering a call

If one call is coming, press the MFB button to answer.

Answering a call automatically

   The unit has the function to answer a call automatically. After the second calling bell (above 8 seconds) without any operations, the unit will answer automatically.

Refusing a call

Once the earphone is ring, press the MFB button , till you hear a sound (above 2 seconds).

Stopping a call

  Press the MFB button can stop the call, and can make your cell phone in a regular service.

Switching the telephone voice

   Press MFB button 2 seconds, after you heard a sound. It was switched to the mode of phone. Press MFB button 2 seconds, after you heard a sound again. It was switched to the mode of helmet earphone.

Re-dialing the last code

  When the earphone is connecting with cell phone, press the MFB button 2 seconds till you hear a sound. And you can redial the last code.

Voice Dialing

When the earphone is connecting with cell phone, press the MFB button twice to start the function of cell phone voice dialing.

Using the mobile to dial

Use a mobile to dial in a normal way.

Note:

Refusing the call, switching the telephone voice and re-dialing the last code, it needs agreement of your cell phone to support Bluetooth hand free. Voice Dialing need your cell phone has the function to support it

   If your cell phone supports music playing feature, you can enjoy the music in your cell phone. Make sure your headset has paired with your Bluetooth Mobile Phone e successfully, and than you can enjoy the music playing in cell Phone

.VOL function of Bluetooth helmet earphone

  The set of VOL is in the bottom of the product. There are two small holes (voice +, voice -), you can use a tiny tool like pencil or toothpick to adjust the voice to fit the product. Press the voice + or voice many times can increase or decrease the voice. When you hear a sound DING-DONG, it means the voice is the highest or lowest. Advising adjust it before being installed.

Switching to each mode automatically

If there is a call or dial, the voice will switch to phone automatically, when you are listening the stereo music or using the Bluetooth to talk. After the phone, Bluetooth earphone will revert to music or talk status automatically.

  Press the MFB button when you are listening the stereo music, the music will pause and enter into the status of talking. After the phone, music will play again.

Note:

   It may need 4 seconds to revert to the status of talk after phone.
