maintenance instruction:

clean the swimming cap with cold water after using, and Immediately wipe dry, do not roll up the swimming cap or insolate it under the suntan.

Wearing instruction:

1.The left thumb and other four fingers take the top of the cap slightly, Right hand outstretched, and from the opening stretch to the inside of the cap, untill the fingers can touch the top of the cap.

2. After the the right fingers touched the top of the cap, keep the right hand still, the left hand unlash the the swimming cap, outstretch the palm and stretch in from the cap opening. Stretch the cap opening to left and right respectively with both hands.

3. Keep the swimming cap stretched, and the forehead against the brim of the cap and cover from the back of head. After covered, the two hands draw out from the cap, and push the exposed hair into the the cap.

4.When take off the cap, the right hand stretch to the forehead, the thumb and other four fingers hold the brim of the cap

Note: When put on the cap, do not stretch it with sharp nails, in order to avoid ripping the cap.
