Product Introduction:

Silicon core duct (silicone pipe) is one new type of composite plastic pipe, which made by solid silica gel lubricant in its internal wall, external made by HDPE.

(see picture).

Specifications:

Applies to the piping system of outside communication cable and optical cable, or construction for public information network, public transmission system, cable television network and freeway communication. Color: Black is the base color, color code on the surface of the duct is distinguished by brown, grey, orange, blue, red, purple, green and yellow. Product supplying is based on requirements.

Appearance:

1.The internal wall of the duct is so smooth that cable blowing technology can be selected for optical cable and cable laying, which makes the construction simple, quick and economic.

2.Moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life.

3.Good insulating performance and long service life (underground duct can be used for 50 years), durable, easy for maintenance, ensure of a safe operation of the line.

4.The duct can be coiled with not much joints, easy for installation, and duct length can be as long as 3000m. High pressure resistance, system enlarging, maintenance is very convenient and cost is low.
